Atmospheric plasmas - a technology with future potential?!
What is the potential of atmospheric plasmas for future applications?
And above all: How can they be used industrially, economically and sustainably?
The open #ZukunftADP competition is about finding innovative answers to these questions. The competition is part of the 43rd ak-adp workshop.
The User Group Atmospheric Pressure Plasma (ak-adp) calls on representatives of industry, colleges and universities as well as research institutions to take a look at the atmospheric plasma world of tomorrow: Develop ideas or concrete concepts, explain them in a few words and submit your contribution by January 15, 2023. Competition participants whose contributions have particular future potential will be given the opportunity to make their work accessible to a broad public and present it for discussion in the form of a presentation.
Who.
All students, PhD students, researchers and representatives of industry who are working on atmospheric plasmas can participate.
What.
We are looking for ideas, concepts and best practice examples that focus on atmospheric plasmas in terms of innovative product development, generation of new surface properties, environmental protection & sustainability, energy saving & energy generation or under medical technology or health aspects.

The competition accompanies the event "Industry Dialogue for Sustainability - Plasma Technology in Best Practice Examples" and is hosted by the organizing committee of the 43rd ak-adp workshop.
A top-class jury will evaluate the submitted contributions. The winners will be announced and awarded prizes at the 43rd workshop of the Atmospheric Pressure Plasma User Group on April 26 and 27, 2023 in Leipzig.
